Tierra Encantada in Minneapolis, MN is seeking a Center Director to drive enrollment growth, financial performance, and exceptional family experiences. You will lead staffing, onboarding, coaching, and compliance while ensuring high-quality education and community engagement.

Responsibilities include curriculum leadership, staff development, and maintaining a safe, compliant, and welcoming center environment. Base salary ranges from $60,000 to $68,000 with an additional monthly performance bonus.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 2 years of leadership experience in an educational setting.
• Bachelor's degree in Management, Business, Early Childhood Education, Education, or related field.
• Must meet Minnesota director qualifications per state rules.
• Fluent in English and Spanish with strong communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead the center's overall performance including enrollment growth and expense management.
• Monitor enrollment, labor, withdrawals, and staffing to meet targets.
• Ensure licensing compliance and readiness for inspections and audits.
• Oversee curriculum fidelity and educational quality across classrooms.
• Deliver a responsive family experience and manage community relationships.
• Lead operations, safety, and facility readiness for daily center activities.
