Job summary

Tierra Encantada in Englewood, Colorado, is seeking a Center Director to lead the center’s performance, enrollment growth, staffing, and family experience, while ensuring regulatory compliance and educational quality. This onsite role drives staffing, onboarding, coaching, and family satisfaction across the center.

The position is full-time, exempt, with a base salary of $65,000 to $80,000 plus a monthly performance bonus.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years of leadership experience in an educational setting.
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in Management, Business, Marketing, Early Childhood Education, or related field.
• Fluent in English and Spanish (oral and written).
• Familiarity with HR, marketing, and budget management; revenue generation preferred.
• CPR, First Aid, and Food Protection Manager certification required (or willingness to obtain).

Responsibilities

• Lead overall center performance including enrollment growth and expense management.
• Coach and develop staff; ensure onboarding and training within timelines.
• Maintain licensing compliance, safety drills, and family experience quality.
• Ensure curriculum fidelity and regular classroom observations with coaching.
• Oversee operations, facilities, and community outreach to support growth.
