Centro de la Familia in Fallon, NV is seeking an enthusiastic Center Aide & Bus Aide to support classroom activities and supervise children. You will contribute to safety, health, and early learning while coordinating with teachers across locations as needed.

The role emphasizes bilingual communication, active play, and implementing curriculum that fosters growth, language, and social-emotional development in young learners. Training and growth opportunities are available.

Qualifications

• Be at least 18 years old.
• Entry-level role; enthusiastic about working with children.
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and physically active.
• Bilingual Spanish and English a plus.
• High school diploma or GED preferred; CDA or AA in ECE advantageous.
• Be prepared to present CPR, First Aid, and Food Handler permits or obtain them within 30 days.

Responsibilities

• Provide classroom support and actively supervise children.
• Help maintain safe playground environments and follow health policies.
• Assist with transportation, kitchen operations, and family services as needed.
• Support children’s health, safety, and school readiness through engaging activities.
• Collaborate with teachers to implement developmentally appropriate curriculum.
