Job summary

Centria Autism in Glendale, Arizona is seeking Spanish Speaking Center-Based Behavior Technician to provide exceptional care to children on the Autism Spectrum. You will be responsible for implementing behavior plans under the supervision of a Board Certified Behavior Analyst.

The role requires a High School Diploma or GED, certification as an RBT or willingness to obtain it, and the ability to perform physical tasks. The pay range is $18 to $24 per hour based on qualifications and experience.

Qualifications

• Candidates must hold current certification as RBT or be willing to complete training.
• Must have reliable transportation and valid driver's license.
• Ability to physically perform the job, including lifting up to 50lbs.

Responsibilities

• Provide 1:1 and group client care based on individual treatment plans.
• Collect, record, and summarize data on observable client behavior.
• Assist in training for parents and caregivers as needed.
