Seton Home is seeking a Security Monitor to safeguard children and staff by reviewing CCTV footage and monitoring daily interactions. Under the PSA Compliance Manager, you will observe routines for deviations, document shift activity, and escalate high-risk situations while ensuring privacy and safety protocols are followed.

Qualifications

• Bilingual English/Spanish is required for reading, writing, and speaking.
• Experience with surveillance equipment and monitoring systems is preferred.
• Ability to read and interpret policies and procedures accurately.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Responsibilities

• Monitor camera footage daily.
• Walk through program buildings to observe interactions between children and staff.
• Assist with incident management and direct emergency services if needed.
• Run daily security check point reports and identify trends and deviations.
• Document shift activity in a daily report for PSA Compliance Manager and leaders.
• Complete security checks of windows, doors, and gates.
• Maintain daily/weekly logs of monitoring activities.
• Check camera functionality and coordinate with IT for issues.
• Document and escalate security incidents to appropriate personnel.
• Deliver client services in accordance with Sanctuary Model.
