Job summary

Seton Home is seeking a Security Monitor to review camera footage and oversee daily staff-to-child interactions, ensuring safety and policy compliance under the PSA program.

You will document activities, support incident management, and coordinate with program leadership in a fast-paced environment. This on-site role requires bilingual English/Spanish and weekend shifts, with orientation and periodic training.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• At least one year of experience working with children in a child welfare setting.
• Reliable transportation, valid driver license, and vehicle insurance.
• Background checks (state and federal) and TB screening required.
• Immunization records to be provided.
• Ability to read and interpret policies and procedures.

Responsibilities

• Monitor camera footage daily.
• Conduct building walk-throughs to observe staff and children interactions.
• Assist with incident management (direct emergency services, download/save footage).
• Run daily security checkpoint reports and identify trends/deviations.
• Document shift activity in daily reports to PSA Compliance Manager and leadership.
• Complete security checks of doors/windows/gates and maintain logs.
• Elevate security incidents to appropriate personnel.
• Deliver services within the Sanctuary Model framework.
• Attend 10-day New Employee Orientation and complete required development.
