Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent required.
• Fluent in English and Spanish (written and verbal).
• Intermediate MS Office and data reporting skills.
• Experience with licensed child care programs or education settings preferred.
• Valid Oregon driver's license and auto insurance required.

Responsibilities

• Act as primary contact for educators, handling enrollment and registrations.
• Monitor partner databases for qualifications and rate data.
• Manage bilingual communications via Constant Contact and social media.
• Support training delivery, including registration and certifications.
• Handle invoicing and purchase orders; maintain inventory.
