The Bilingual Case Processing Aide will work full-time on-site within a fast-paced environment, maintaining professionalism and following security protocols.

Qualifications

• Required to be bilingual.
• Must be a U.S. citizen to comply with federal requirements.
• Experience supporting government operations or legal administration preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide support to Case Processing Specialists during daily operations.
• Coordinate with facility departments and security for effective processing.
• Relay operational messages between processing teams and supervisors.
