Job summary
Residing Hope in Enterprise, FL seeks a permanent, full-time case manager for evenings Tue-Sat 1:00 PM to 10:00 PM, supporting unaccompanied children in care. You will coordinate services, complete assessments, and engage with families and sponsors.
Requires a Bachelor's in behavioral sciences or related field, 2 years child welfare, Florida driver's license, immunizations. Fluent in Spanish and English. Competitive benefits and ongoing training provided.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in behavioral sciences, human services, or social services fields.
- Two years of child welfare and/or case management experience preferred.
- Valid Florida Driver’s License and immunizations are required.
Responsibilities
- Manage client caseloads with flexibility in evening/weekend hours.
- Complete admissions, assessments and Individual Service Plans within regulatory timeframes.
- Participate in weekly case reviews and provide comprehensive updates in written and oral form.
- Coordinate with youth, families, sponsors, and external agencies as primary liaison.
- Ensure filing and documentation meet federal/state regulatory standards.
