New York Psychotherapy and Counseling Center (NYPCC) is hiring a Case Manager to oversee a high-volume mental health intake process, scheduling, and admission criteria compliance. You will play a key role in client-therapist matching and maintaining continuity of care.

The ideal candidate will be bilingual (English/Spanish), have a high school diploma or equivalent (associate degree preferred), and at least one year of social service or mental health experience with EHR systems.

Competenze

• Bilingual in English and Spanish.
• High School Diploma or equivalent; Associate Degree preferred.
• One year of experience in a social service or mental health setting is preferred.
• One year of experience using an EHR system is preferred.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities in a busy setting.
• Exceptional customer service skills and professional communication.

Mansioni

• Facilitate a high-volume mental health intake process by enforcing no-show policies and scheduling intake appointments.
• Provide intake triage and coordination for all virtual intake appointments.
• Conduct an average of 40 to 45 daily interactions with new clients to establish rapport and guide them through intake.
• Facilitate client-therapist matching after intake and manage caseload reassignments during transitions to ensure continuity of care.
• Perform other duties assigned by the Supervisor and Leadership.
