New York Psychotherapy and Counseling Center (NYPCC) is seeking a bilingual Call Center Representative for a fully remote role serving the tri-state area. The position supports intake and scheduling while upholding HIPAA and privacy standards.

Ideal candidates have 1–2 years in a fast-paced call center, a high school diploma, and proficiency with MS Office. The role requires flexibility for in-person training in the Bronx before transitioning to remote work.

Formación

• Fluent in English and Spanish with professional bilingual communication.
• 1–2 years of call center experience in a fast-paced office, preferably medical or community mental health.
• High School Diploma or equivalent is required.
• Proficiency in MS Office (Outlook, Word, Excel) and ability to learn new software.

Responsabilidades

• Answer all inbound calls with professionalism and customer service framework communication.
• Follow up with inquiries by documenting messages and handling transfers as needed.
• Assist with appointment scheduling calls and follow up on missed appointments.
• Triage calls to determine request, complaint or grievance and escalate as needed.
• Maintain confidentiality and HIPAA compliance.
