Mercy is seeking dedicated individuals to assist MH Case Managers and Therapists in enhancing the psychosocial functioning of patients and families. This role requires a Bachelor's degree in a human-service-related field, or the pursuit thereof, and a minimum of one-year experience in Behavioral Health.

Performs duties and responsibilities in a manner consistent with mission, values and Mercy Service Standards.

Position Details

• Education: Bachelor's degree in social work, Counseling or another human-service-related field (preferred).
• Experience: Minimum one-year Behavioral Health experience preferred.
• Or
• Education: working towards a degree (preferred) in human-service-related field.
• Experience: 2 years' experience in the Behavioral Health field preferred.
• Preferred Other: Co-worker must be able to communicate orally, in writing and demonstrate proficient computer skills. Co-worker must be able to listen and to understand and explain complex situations.
