Job summary

Responsibilities

• Contacts assigned individuals we serve and documents; follows SOPs and policy.
• Prepares case transfers as needed.
• Attends unit, division, supervision, staff and in-service trainings.
• Attends Planning Team meetings and related meetings/hearings as required.
• Handles officer-of-the-day duties as required.
• Maintains confidentiality and adheres to Welfare and Institutions codes.
• Consults with appropriate specialists regarding service needs.
• Maintains effective working relationships with management and staff.
• May act as Program Manager in the absence of the Program Manager.
