Catholic Charities of the Archdiocese of Washington is seeking a Bilingual Case Manager to provide direct management services, identify client needs, and coordinate community resources. The role requires fluent English and Spanish communication, both verbal and written, to serve diverse clients.
The successful candidate will develop case plans, collaborate with multidisciplinary teams, maintain accurate records, and support clients through short- and long-term goals within a hybrid work model.

The Bilingual Case Manager provides direct management services including identifying client needs and coordinating community resources. The Bilingual Case Manager must be able to communicate verbally and in writing English to Spanish and Spanish to English. Provide a variety of individual and/or group supportive services that address both short-term and long-term client needs.
