Job summary

Abraxas Youth and Family Services seeks a Bilingual Case Lead Manager to coordinate and oversee case management activities, including workload distribution across the unit. The role requires bilingual Spanish/English communication and weekend availability.

You will supervise staff, develop treatment plans in the EHR/UAC Portal, and ensure compliance with contracts and licensing, while maintaining strong collaboration with probation officers, families, and external services.

Qualifications

• Associate degree or 60 college credits required.
• Six months of experience preferred.
• Must be 21+ years old and have a valid Driver's License.
• Must pass background checks as required by law and agency policy.
• Ability to work with computers and the necessary software.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate and supervise day-to-day case management activities.
• Develop and review treatment plans in EHR and UAC Portal.
• Maintain regular contact with clients, families, and external agencies.
• Ensure billing and reporting accuracy for caseloads.
