You will build recruitment plans, conduct interviews, oversee training, perform background checks, and maintain records while partnering with community programs.

Qualifications

• Must be bilingual English & Spanish, fluent in speaking, reading, and writing.
• Leads recruitment with strong organizational and communication skills.
• Experience coordinating interviews, onboarding, and training.
• Ability to manage records, scheduling, and compliance documentation.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement recruitment plans tailored to caregiver workforce needs.
• Conduct interviews, ensuring hires meet quality-of-care criteria.
• Facilitate hiring, onboarding, and training processes.
• Conduct background checks, reference calls, and pre-employment screenings.
• Oversee documentation, training, and fingerprint clearance.
• Schedule and oversee training programs, including certifications.
• Build relationships with caregivers and provide ongoing support.
• Monitor performance, coach, and support career development.
• Address staffing challenges and participate in on-call rotations.
• Keep detailed employee records in digital and physical formats.
• Support payroll by reviewing time tracking and compliance reports.
• Act as liaison between employees, funding sources, and families.
• Engage in outreach: job fairs, community events, and educational partnerships.
