Flat Irons Flex Care is seeking a Recruiter & HR Onboarding Coordinator in Superior, CO to recruit, onboard, and support our caregiver workforce. This role ensures caregivers are properly vetted, onboarded, and aligned with patient needs, while maintaining accurate employee records and providing ongoing support to staff and the office team.

Qualifikationen

• Bilingual Spanish-speaking required.
• At least 1 year of home care experience required.
• Experience in healthcare recruiting, home care, human resources, or onboarding is strongly preferred.
• Experience with caregiver recruitment and staffing is a plus.
• Familiarity with EVV systems such as HHA Exchange is a plus.

Aufgaben

• Recruit and screen potential caregivers.
• Conduct phone screenings and assist with scheduling interviews.
• Assist with onboarding and maintaining caregiver personnel files and information.
• Coordinate caregiver interviews and follow up with applicants.
• Assist with background checks, reference checks, and employment verification.
• Assist with scheduling and coordinating caregiver assignments based on patient needs and caregiver availability.
• Support job postings, recruiting activities, and caregiver outreach.
• Provide administrative support to the HR and operations team.
