Job summary

The Addison Group is seeking a bilingual Recruiter to support caregiver staffing on-site in Allentown, PA. You will source, screen, and onboard direct care workers and align placements with client needs, while tracking weekly hiring metrics and achieving targets.

Ideal candidates have 1+ year in recruiting and healthcare, fluency in English and Spanish, and comfort with EMR or home health software. This permanent role offers benefits and local travel with a 9:00am-5:00pm schedule.

Qualifications

• Fluency in English and Spanish is required.
• High school diploma or equivalent; associate degree preferred.
• 1+ years in recruiting, customer service, and healthcare.
• Valid driver’s license and ability to travel locally.
• Strong computer skills including Microsoft Office and EMR or home health databases.
• Excellent communication and multitasking abilities.
• Experience in sales, marketing, or working with seniors is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Source, recruit, and onboard direct care workers (caregivers) and match them with clients who need services.
• Review staffing trends and build a recruiting strategy around them.
• Plan and run outreach campaigns to grow the caregiver pool.
• Make caregiver-to-client matches that improve satisfaction and retention.
• Partner with onboarding, intake, and HR to move caregivers through hiring.
• Schedule first shifts and hand off to case management.
• Work with client services to target recruiting to staffing needs.
• Track and report weekly hiring metrics and meet goals.
• Build relationships with community members, caregivers, families, and partners.
• Provide a compassionate, solutions-focused experience for clients and caregivers.
• Support metrics like EVV compliance and caregiver retention.
