Job summary

HomeWell Care Services, Inc. is seeking a multilingual caregiver/CNA to provide compassionate, non-medical in-home care and companionship to seniors in the Atlanta area.

The role offers flexible schedules and competitive pay between $15.00 and $18.00 per hour, based on experience and client needs. You will work one-on-one with clients in their homes, assist with daily activities, light housekeeping, meals, grooming, and transportation as needed.

Qualifications

• Bilingual or multilingual applicants strongly encouraged (Spanish, Korean, Mandarin, Cantonese, Vietnamese, Hindi, Gujarati, or other languages)
• CNA, PCA, HHA certification preferred, or at least one year of professional caregiving experience
• Experience caring for seniors or individuals with chronic conditions preferred
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Reliable transportation
• Valid driver’s license and current auto insurance if transporting clients
• Current TB test (or willingness to obtain one)
• Ability to pass a background check
• Physically able to perform the duties of the position
• Dependable, compassionate, professional, and punctual
• Ability to provide 3 professional references
• Preferably live within 10–15 miles of zip code 30339

Responsibilities

• Provide companionship, emotional support, and culturally sensitive care to clients from diverse backgrounds
• Assist with light housekeeping and meal preparation
• Assist with bathing, grooming, dressing, and toileting
• Provide medication reminders and assistance with ambulation
• Transport clients to appointments, errands, and community activities
• Observe and report changes in client condition to the office
• Communicate effectively with clients, families, and the HomeWell team
