Job summary

Right at Home Northwest Houston is seeking a compassionate Bilingual Caregiver to support clients in the Katy, Cypress, and Tomball areas with personal care, light housekeeping, and daily living activities.

You will provide emotional support and companionship, helping clients maintain independence in their homes. The role offers flexible shifts, weekend pay, and opportunities for training in a supportive team environment.

Qualifications

• At least 6 months of experience in personal care, caregiving, or a related field.
• Ability to lift, bend, and stand for extended periods.
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.

Responsibilities

• Provide personal care services as outlined in the plan of care (hygiene, ambulation, dressing, meals).
• Perform light housekeeping to maintain a safe and clean living environment.
• Assist with daily living activities such as grooming, bathing, and dressing.

As a Bilingual Caregiver, you will have the opportunity to make a real difference in the lives of seniors and their loved ones.

About the Role:

As a Bilingual Caregiver, you will provide various personal care and related services in accordance with an established plan of care. Your responsibilities will include:

• Providing personal care services, such as personal hygiene, ambulation/transfer, dressing/shaving, and preparing meals and snacks
• Performing light housekeeping activities to maintain a safe and clean living environment
• Assisting with daily living activities, such as grooming, bathing, and dressing
• Providing emotional support and companionship to our clients

Requirements:

• At least 6 months of experience in personal care, caregiving, or a related field

Preferred Experience:

• Bilingual
• Experience in personal care, range of motion exercises, transfers, client engagement, and light cleaning
• Home Health Aid, CNA, or professional caregiving experience
