Job summary

Right at Home Northwest Houston is seeking compassionate Caregivers to join our in-home care team for day shifts in NW Houston. You will support seniors with daily living activities and follow an established plan of care to ensure safety, comfort, and independence at home.

We offer flexible scheduling, a competitive hourly rate of $14 per hour, paid training and development, employee referral bonuses, and weekend differential pay.

Responsibilities

• Provide personal care and related services per established care plan.
• Assist with hygiene, ambulation/transfers, meals, and errands/appointments.
• Perform light housekeeping to maintain a comfortable home.
• Develop and maintain trust and rapport with clients.
• Communicate with clients, families, and healthcare professionals to ensure continuity of care.

• Develops and maintains a high level of trust and rapport with clients
• Communicates effectively with clients, families, and healthcare professionals to ensure continuity of care
