Job summary

Benevolent Hearts Home Care is seeking a Bilingual Caregiver to provide one-on-one in-home support in Fort Worth, TX. This position is available for both full-time and part-time schedules, with reliable hours and opportunities for advancement.

The ideal candidate has at least 1 year of home-care or hospice experience, a valid driver’s license, and strong communication skills to update care logs and coordinate with the care team.

Qualifications

• At least 1 year of paid home-health, hospice, or facility experience assisting seniors.
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.
• Strong written and verbal communication—you’re comfortable updating digital care logs.

Responsibilities

• Personalized daily living assistance including transfers and grooming.
• Light housekeeping, changing linens, light laundry, keeping living areas clean.
• Engage clients with mind-body activities such as reading aloud or simple chair exercises.
• Document care notes and promptly share changes with your care manager.

How You'll Make a Difference

• Personalized Daily Living Assistance – Safely transfer clients, support bathing/grooming, and help with mobility devices.
• Healthy Home Environment – General light housekeeping services, change linens, do light laundry, and keep living areas clean
• Mind-Body Engagement – Read aloud, reminisce, or guide simple chair exercises to keep clients alert and active.
• Detailed Reporting – Document care notes and promptly share changes with your care manager
