Job summary

The Immigrant and Refugee Community Organization (IRCO) seeks a WorkSource Express Center Career Specialist to provide training services and support to diverse clients at the Express Center and the N/NE Center in Portland, OR, coordinating with the WorkSource Portland Metro system. You will develop workshops, assist with ITA scholarship applications, guide career plans, and connect participants to services, while working with Central City Concern staff.

English required; bilingual preferred.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent combination of training and experience.
• Minimum 2 years of work experience.
• Ability to pass criminal background check.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate WorkSource registration and WIOA documentation.
• Develop workshops and resources for Express Center participants.
• Assist with ITA scholarship processing and job placement support.
• Maintain confidential case files and document service outcomes.
