Elara Caring in West New York, NJ is seeking a Care Team Supervisor for Personal Care Services. This full-time role oversees a team of caregivers, coordinates scheduling, maintains records, and ensures service delivery aligns with payer requirements and regulatory standards.

The ideal candidate has a High School Diploma or GED, 5 years in a fast-paced healthcare or office setting, and bilingual ability in Spanish and English.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree preferred.
• Five (5) years of experience in a fast-paced office or healthcare environment preferred.
• Working knowledge of Medicare/Medicaid and home care operations preferred.
• Strong computer proficiency and documentation skills.
• Professional verbal and written communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate and schedule personal care services, including coverage for planned and unplanned absences.
• Maintain accurate client service records, plans of care, caregiver schedules, and required documentation.
• Review and manage service authorizations and contract-specific requirements.
• Monitor reports to ensure accuracy in billing, payroll, utilization, and service delivery.
• Support branch growth initiatives and operational planning efforts.
• Ensure ongoing compliance with licensure, payer, contract, and regulatory standards.
• Provide guidance, coaching, and support to caregivers to promote performance and engagement.
• Ensure caregiver compliance with trainings, certifications, health assessments, and in-services.
• Conduct caregiver orientations as required.
• Collaborate with payroll and timekeeping teams.
• Monitor daily service delivery to ensure adequate caregiver availability and coverage.
• Communicate professionally with caregivers, clients, case managers, and leadership.
• Represent Elara Caring in the community.
