Job summary

Next STEPS Worldwide in McKinney, TX is seeking a Bilingual Care Navigator / Clinical Intake Sales Specialist (Spanish Speaking). This onsite role combines compassionate intake with consultative selling to guide clients to the right services.

You will work with Spanish-speaking individuals across ages, conducting assessments, educating families on available therapy and nutrition options, and documenting interactions in our CRM/EMR systems. This is not a call center.

Qualifications

• Bilingual Spanish & English (Verbal and Written Fluency Required)
• 1+ year sales, intake, healthcare, or phone-based experience preferred
• Strong communication skills
• HIPAA knowledge preferred
• CRM/EMR experience a plus

Responsibilities

• Serve as the first point of contact for individuals, parents, caregivers, and families.
• Conduct detailed, individualized phone assessments.
• Educate clients on psychological, therapy, and nutrition services.
• Use consultative sales skills to convert inquiries into scheduled intakes.
• Match clients with the best-fit provider and service.
• Meet and exceed weekly and monthly conversion goals.
• Document interactions accurately in CRM/EMR systems.
