Next STEPS Worldwide is seeking a Care Navigator / Clinical Intake Sales Specialist in McKinney, TX. This onsite role blends intake, healthcare guidance, and consultative sales to guide clients toward appropriate care across the lifespan.

Base pay is $18/hour with weekly commissions and strong earning potential, including annual earnings of $48,000–$60,000+ and comprehensive benefits. You will join a mission-driven outpatient care team across Texas with room for growth.

Qualifications

• 1+ year sales, intake, healthcare, or phone-based experience preferred
• Strong communication skills
• HIPAA knowledge preferred
• CRM/EMR experience a plus

Responsibilities

• Serve as the first point of contact for individuals, parents, caregivers, and families.
• Conduct detailed, individualized phone assessments.
• Educate clients on psychological, therapy, and nutrition services.
• Use consultative sales skills to convert inquiries into scheduled intakes.
• Match clients with the best-fit provider and service.
• Meet and exceed weekly and monthly conversion goals.
• Document interactions accurately in CRM/EMR systems.
