Qualifications

• Two years’ experience in a related field.
• Previous experience as a Case Planner, Care Coordinator, Case Manager, or Case Worker.
• Experience with Child Welfare; ACS; and Foster Care is helpful.

Responsabilités

• Oversee individualized plans of care.
• Advocate for clients within the agency.
