The position will also support program operations by maintaining liaison relationships with internal programs and community providers; recommend improvements to outreach and service utilization; and implement phases of program activities that expand access for limited-English-proficient populations. Additionally, this position will work towards our mission of providing equitable care to all and connecting all community members to valuable and necessary resources and services.

Education: Graduation from an accredited high school or possession of a high school equivalency certificate.
Experience: One year of administrative staff or professional work in a health care setting.
