Trevino’s Auto Mart in McAllen is seeking an experienced car salesperson to take leads and walk-ins, working directly with the sales and general managers from day one using familiar lenders and processes. The role emphasizes closing deals, follow-up, and CRM discipline.

We offer a commission-based pay plan with potential earnings ranging from $40,000 to $80,000 annually, depending on performance and volume. Schedules and growth opportunities accompany a collaborative team environment.

Qualifications

• At least 1 year of vehicle sales experience at a dealership.
• Fluent in English and Spanish.
• Proven track record: units per month, closing ratio.
• Experience using a CRM and following a defined sales process.
• Self-motivated with proactive follow-up.
• Valid driver’s license and Saturday availability.

Responsabilités

• Greet customers, identify needs, present vehicles, and arrange test drives.
• Work internet leads and past customers daily by phone and text to set appointments.
• Send short personalized videos to customers before visits.
• Collaborate with sales manager on pricing, trade-ins, and financing options.
• Keep the CRM current and manage your sales pipeline.
• Build repeat and referral business, including via social media.
