Victory Automotive Group in Chicago is seeking a bilingual Sales Consultant to help customers select vehicles, explain options and financing, and deliver a friendly, informative shopping experience.

The ideal candidate speaks Spanish fluently, possesses strong communication skills, and can work with limited supervision while meeting sales goals. Previous automotive sales experience is a plus and professional appearance is expected.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED.
• Valid and unrestricted driver's license with a clean driving record.
• Speaks Spanish fluently.
• Sales experience in any industry is a plus.
• Professional and dependable.
• Outstanding communication skills.
• Able to achieve goals with limited direct supervision.
• Safety and customer service oriented.

Responsibilities

• Helps customer with vehicle selection and promotes model options, value-add products, and financing options.
• Conducts vehicle test drives and ensures compliance with speed limits and rules of the road.
• Explains vehicle features, operation, warranty, and servicing requirements to customers.
• Maintains accurate sales documentation.
• Negotiates sale closures in a clear, ethical manner.
• Keeps up-to-date knowledge of vehicles, accessories, financing options, and promotions.
• Attends staff meetings, training, and educational classes as required.
• Performs other duties as assigned.
