Job summary

Victory Automotive Group in Chicago is seeking a Bilingual Sales Consultant to join our team. The successful candidate will sell new and pre-owned vehicles, present options, and help customers finance their purchases while delivering a friendly, professional experience.

You should be self-motivated with strong communication skills, a willingness to learn about our vehicles, and the ability to build relationships. Spanish fluency is required, and prior sales experience is a plus.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED.
• Valid and unrestricted driver's license with a clean driving record.
• Speaks Spanish fluently.
• Sales experience is a plus (any industry).
• Professional appearance and dependable.
• Able to achieve goals with limited supervision.

Responsibilities

• Help customers select vehicles and promote options, value-adds, and financing options.
• Conduct vehicle test drives following road rules and safety guidelines.
• Facilitate delivery with clear explanations of vehicle operation, warranty, and servicing needs.
• Maintain accurate sales documentation.
• Negotiate sale closures in an ethical manner.
• Maintain up-to-date knowledge of vehicles, options, financing, and promotions.
• Attend staff meetings, training, and educational classes as required.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
