Qualifications

• Must possess a Bachelor's Degree from an accredited Institute of higher learning.
• Must possess teaching certification from State Board for Educator.
• Ability to work collaboratively with diverse groups of stakeholders.
• Proficiency in data analysis and the use of technology to support program management.
• Thorough knowledge of instructional practices and coaching.
• Strong organizational, communication, and interpersonal skills.

Responsibilities

• Support and train teachers in instructional strategies.
• Collaborate with administrators to implement professional development.
• Model effective teaching strategies in at-risk classrooms.
• Provide support for Title I co-teaching teams.
• Conduct observations and provide feedback to improve instruction.
