Gainwell Technologies is hiring Bilingual Call Center Representatives throughout the United States to join our growing customer service team. If you are fluent in English and Spanish, have call center experience, and enjoy helping people, we want to hear from you.

This is a 100% remote, full-time position within the United States. You’ll receive comprehensive training and ongoing support while assisting members with questions about their healthcare benefits, eligibility, and available services.

Qualifications

• Fluent in English and Spanish and able to assist customers professionally in both languages.
• Minimum 1 year of experience in a call center or contact center.
• Strong communication, listening and problem-solving skills.
• Comfortable using multiple computer systems while assisting customers by phone.
• Ability to work fully remotely in a 100% remote environment.

Responsibilities

• Assist members by phone with questions about healthcare benefits, eligibility, and services.
• Provide friendly, professional bilingual customer service in English and Spanish.
• Research questions and resolve concerns, guiding members on next steps.
• Accurately document interactions and resolutions in our systems.

You’ll receive comprehensive training and ongoing support while assisting members with questions about their healthcare benefits, eligibility, and available services.

Your role in our mission

• Assist members by phone with questions about healthcare benefits, eligibility, and available services.
• Deliver friendly, professional customer service in both English and Spanish.
• Research member questions, resolve concerns, and help members understand their next steps.
• Accurately document customer interactions and resolutions in our systems.
• Work with teammates and leadership to provide a positive customer experience.

What we're looking for

• Fluent in English and Spanish and comfortable assisting customers professionally in both languages.
• At least one year of experience working in a call center or contact center environment assisting customers by phone.
• Strong communication, listening, and problem-solving skills.
• Comfortable navigating multiple computer systems while assisting customers by phone.
• Ability to work effectively in a 100% remote work environment.

The pay range for this position is $29,100 - $41,600 per year, however, the base pay offered may vary depending on geographic region, internal equity, job-related knowledge, skills, and experience among other factors.
