Job summary

First Security Bank seeks a friendly, energetic Call Center Operator to join our on-site team in Arkansas. You will be the first point of contact for customers seeking basic support and will transfer to Tier 2 as needed. Strong bilingual English/Spanish skills and prior banking or call center experience are preferred.

You will handle inquiries, protect customer information, and promote bank products and services, with typical hours Monday–Friday and occasional extended hours.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Bilingual Spanish/English required (full professional proficiency).
• 1–2 years of banking and/or call center experience preferred.
• Proficiency with Outlook, Word, Excel, typing, 10-key and internet required.

Responsibilities

• Access and review relevant account details.
• Follow procedures to protect customer information and prevent fraud.
• Maintain proficiency in bank products and services and promote value to customers.
• Perform duties related to Online Banking, Debit/Credit cards, Bill Pay, and Bankway.
• Communicate complex information with patience and tact; maintain confidentiality.
