Job summary

Meda Care Transportation Inc is seeking a friendly Customer Service Representative to handle inbound service calls from our Cincinnati office. The role requires professionalism, clear English communication, computer literacy, and HIPAA-compliant conduct.

You will coordinate with Dispatchers to arrange transportation, resolve client concerns, and perform general office duties. Russian language skills are a plus, with an additional $1/hour incentive for bilingual applicants.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Ability to work effectively with a diverse group of persons.
• Ability to speak English clearly and precisely.
• Knowledge of computer technology and equipment.

Responsibilities

• Promptly answers incoming telephone calls in a courteous and professional manner.
• Coordinates simultaneously mental, manual, and visual activities when talking on the telephone and using the computer.
• Promptly contacts Dispatchers to coordinate transportation service.
• Conducts self in accordance with HIPAA guidelines/regulations.
• Handles and promptly resolves client complaints.
• Other office duties as assigned.
