Job summary

Highgate is seeking a candidate for a position overseeing cage assets within the casino environment in Carolina, Puerto Rico. You will work to ensure compliance with company policies and regulatory requirements, safeguard assets, and assist in managing the Cashier personnel. The role requires evening and weekend availability, and full bilingual proficiency in English and Spanish.

The ideal candidate must also possess a high school diploma and prior experience in a casino setting. Various certifications such as a PRTC Gaming License will be necessary.

Qualifications

• Able to work evenings, weekends and rotating shifts.
• Prior casino/cage experience is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Safeguard Cage assets including Main Bank and Coin Bank.
• Monitor cage activities to ensure compliance with policies.
• Assist Cage Manager in hiring and scheduling Cashier personnel.
• Prepare and make daily deposit of cash and cash equivalents.
