You will negotiate prices, manage vendor relations, and maintain stock levels to ensure uninterrupted supply.

Requirements include 3–5 years retail buying experience and a Bachelor’s degree in business or related field. Proficiency in Spanish/English is essential for this role.

Qualifications

• 3-5 years retail buying experience preferred.
• Bachelor’s degree in business administration, marketing, supply chain management or related field required.
• Strong communication and negotiating skills.
• Experience with MS Excel, MS Word and purchase order software.

Responsibilities

• Identify customer needs to source new product offerings.
• Negotiate prices, ensuring profitability when placing orders.
• Maintain vendor relationships and ensure uninterrupted inventory.
• Process purchase orders in the system.
• Plan pricing strategies with suppliers for optimal pricing.
• Publish inventory and ordering reports for management clarity.
• Coordinate with Warehouse/Operations to satisfy orders.
