Job summary

ServiceMaster Commercial Cleaning by the Experts in Prosper, TX is seeking a Part-Time Business Development, Sales & Marketing Coordinator. You will help generate qualified sales opportunities, develop new business, and nurture client relationships while supporting revenue growth.

The role requires bilingual English/Spanish, strong organizational skills, and a willingness to travel locally. You will report to the CEO and have opportunities to grow into a full-time managerial position.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree preferred in marketing, business administration, sales, communications, or related business field.
• 1–2 years of experience in sales, business development, marketing, or related area preferred.

Responsibilities

• Conduct outbound prospecting and cold calling to identify potential commercial customers.
• Generate qualified leads and help schedule sales appointments.
• Research prospective accounts and identify key decision-makers.
• Use LinkedIn and other tools to support prospecting and lead generation.
• Maintain HubSpot CRM and sales pipeline with timely follow-ups.
• Support marketing campaigns and branding efforts to drive lead generation.
• Work directly with CEO on growth initiatives and proposals.
