Job summary

Topaz HR is seeking a hands-on Field Property Coordinator to oversee inspections across Brooklyn residential properties. This field-based role emphasizes on-site assessments, tenant communication, and reporting, not office work.

You will travel between properties daily, conduct inspections, document conditions, and coordinate with vendors to maintain portfolio standards. The ideal candidate speaks Spanish, is reliable, organized, and capable of independent work.

Qualifications

• Bilingual in Spanish required.
• Reliable, organized and detail-oriented.
• Capable of independent work and daily travel between locations.
• Experience in property management, field operations or related customer-facing roles preferred.

Responsibilities

• Visit 2–3 residential properties daily across Brooklyn neighborhoods.
• Conduct routine property inspections for cleanliness and maintenance needs.
• Photograph and document property conditions, maintenance issues and work orders.
• Provide on-site tenant communication support and issue resolution.
• Assist tenants with lease signings, move-ins, and inquiries.
• Report maintenance concerns and coordinate with internal teams and vendors.
• Ensure properties meet company standards and present a professional appearance.
• Serve as primary field liaison between ownership, tenants and properties.
