Job summary

HomeWorks Energy is hiring Brand Ambassadors in Massachusetts, offering $23 per hour plus commission with uncapped weekly earnings. The role emphasizes engaging communities at hardware stores, farmers markets, and events, with growth opportunities within the company.

Ideal candidates are bilingual in Spanish and/or Portuguese, willing to travel within a 1-hour radius, and ready to work in a fast-paced field marketing environment. Health and retirement benefits are available.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years of age.
• Must have a valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
• Bilingual in Spanish and/or Portuguese.
• Able to travel to territory locations up to 1 hour away.

Responsibilities

• Table for HomeWorks Energy and the Mass Save program at retail locations and events.
• Schedule customers for a Home Energy Assessment or other in-home visits.
• Set up and breakdown at events, including carrying a table and a 25‑pound tent.
• Attend bi-weekly team meetings.
• Travel to events and tabling locations up to 1 hour away.
• Perform other duties as required.
