Job summary

Homeworks Energy is hiring Brand Ambassadors in Massachusetts for outdoor field marketing roles. The position offers an hourly wage of $23 plus uncapped commission, with weekly commission typically $200–$500+. Growth opportunities exist within the company as the team expands for the spring season.

Responsibilities include tabling at hardware and grocery stores, scheduling energy assessments, and participating in local events. A driver’s license and travel to nearby locations are required.

Qualifications

• Must have strong people skills from entry level sales, retail or customer service roles.
• Ability to engage with the community at stores and events.
• Comfort with talking to strangers to acquire customers.

Responsibilities

• Table for HomeWorks Energy and the Mass Save program at retail locations and events.
• Schedule customers for a Home Energy Assessment or other in home visits as needed.
• Event setup and breakdown including carrying a table and 25-pound tent; requires manual dexterity.
• Attend bi-weekly team meetings, some in Charleston, MA.
• Drive to events and tabling locations up to 1 hour away.
• Perform other duties as required.
