Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• Experience in sales, customer service, retail, or cash handling.
• Ability to pass drug screening and background checks.
• Valid driver’s license and insured transportation (required for bank deposits).
• Fluent in Spanish.

Responsibilities

• Achieve individual and branch sales goals.
• Use a consultative approach to recommend loan solutions and manage the full loan lifecycle.
• Generate new and repeat business through customer engagement and outbound outreach.
• Deliver a high-energy, service-focused customer experience.
• Process cash transactions and payments accurately while maintaining compliance.
• Manage delinquency and help resolve past-due accounts.
• Transport funds and deposits as part of branch operations.
• Support team performance through additional responsibilities as needed.
