Responsibilities

• Manage the entire customer experience with product selection, order entry, picking, and loading the vehicle
• Maximize sales opportunities and foster customer loyalty
• Adapt communication style for email, phone, or in person
• Pick, prepare, and stage will call orders or shipping product
• Prepare backorders and stock putaway
• Assist with merchandising and showroom replenishment
• Conduct inventory counts
• Navigate computer systems for customer-facing and warehouse tasks
• Maintain branch appearance and safety standards
