WeClean Commercial Cleaning is seeking a hands-on General Manager to own and grow the Residential Branch end-to-end—people, operations, quality, customer service, and results. You will lead the team, enforce service standards, and drive revenue and profitability, reporting directly to the owner.

This high-ownership role requires front-line leadership, clear decision-making, and a track record of delivering measurable branch performance and earnings growth.

Qualifications

• Must be fluent in English and Portuguese (spoken and written).
• 3+ years in operations or team management (cleaning, facilities, hospitality, or service industry preferred).
• Proven people leadership - hiring, coaching, and holding a team accountable.

Responsibilities

• Build and manage the team: recruiting, hiring, onboarding, training, scheduling, performance, and retention.
• Lead daily cleaning operations: staffing, coverage, supplies readiness, and on-site execution.
• Own service quality: standards, inspections, audits, and rework reduction.
• Manage customer service: communication, complaint resolution, and client retention.
• Control supplies, purchasing, inventory, and operating costs.
• Build and report weekly and monthly KPIs (revenue, retention, service quality, labor efficiency, profitability) and drive continuous improvement.
• Support sales and growth: lead handling, proposals, customer onboarding, and renewals.

About the Role

Compensation and Benefits

• Competitive salary: $52,000 - $60,000 per year
