Heights Finance Corporation, part of the Attain Finance family, seeks a Bilingual (Spanish) Assistant Branch Manager in Dallas, TX to support the Branch Manager and lead a customer-focused team. Optimize growth, guide loan processes, and manage delinquency with care.

This full-time role offers a schedule Mon-Fri, 8:30am-5:30pm, with evenings/peak seasons as needed. Compensation ranges from $19.00 to $26.00 hourly.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent; associate or bachelor’s degree is a plus.
• 1–2 years in consumer finance, lending, or banking preferred.

Responsibilities

• Foster Branch Growth: Implement marketing strategies, nurture business relationships, and support daily operations to achieve goals.
• Guide Loan Processes: Assist with new and refinanced loans, ensuring compliance while delivering excellent customer service.
• Support Delinquency Management: Address delinquent accounts with care, finding solutions benefiting both branch and customers.
• Lead by Example: Set a positive standard for customer service and sales, addressing concerns with empathy and professionalism.
• Inspire the Team: Provide coaching, training, and ongoing support to help the team reach their full potential.
• Continue to Evolve: Engage in ongoing training, set personal goals, and be part of succession planning.
