Job summary

Blossom ABA Therapy is seeking a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to oversee clinical programming for assigned clients, develop individualized treatment plans, supervise behavior technicians, and collaborate closely with families and other care team members.

The BCBA role requires NC LBA, residency within 40 miles of NC, and experience with autism. We value bilingual English/Spanish communication and provide growth opportunities with a supportive care team.

Qualifications

  • Experience providing ABA services to children with autism and developmental disabilities.
  • Strong knowledge of ABA principles, assessment, treatment planning and data analysis.
  • Ability to work collaboratively with families and clinical team members.
  • Fluent in both English and Spanish.

Responsibilities

  • Oversee clinical programming for assigned clients and develop individualized treatment plans.
  • Supervise behavior technicians and provide ongoing clinical guidance.

  • Make data-driven treatment modifications when appropriate.
  • Provide caregiver training and support.
  • Collaborate with families, caregivers, schools, and other care team members.
  • Complete clinical documentation and maintain accurate client records.
  • Ensure services are delivered in accordance with ethical standards and regulations.
  • Communicate effectively with Spanish-speaking clients and families.
  • Participate in team meetings, case reviews and ongoing professional development.

Job description

As a BCBA with Blossom ABA Therapy, you will oversee the clinical programming for your assigned clients, develop individualized treatment plans, supervise behavior technicians, and collaborate closely with families and other members of the care team.

Responsibilities
  • Conduct functional behavior assessments and other clinical assessments

  • Develop, implement, and regularly update individualized ABA treatment plans

  • Establish meaningful and measurable treatment goals based on each client's needs

  • Provide ongoing supervision and clinical guidance to RBTs and other direct-care staff

  • Monitor client progress through data collection and analysis

  • Make data-driven treatment modifications when appropriate

  • Provide caregiver training and support

  • Collaborate with families, caregivers, schools, and other members of the client's care team

  • Complete clinical documentation and maintain accurate client records

  • Ensure services are delivered in accordance with ethical standards and applicable regulations

  • Communicate effectively with Spanish-speaking clients and families

  • Support culturally responsive and family-centered care

  • Participate in team meetings, case reviews, and ongoing professional development

Qualifications
  • Current BCBA certification through the Behavior Analyst Certification Board (BACB)

  • NC LBA

  • Reside in or within 40 miles of NC

  • Experience providing ABA services to children with autism and/or developmental disabilities

  • Strong knowledge of ABA principles, assessment, treatment planning, and data analysis

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

  • Ability to work collaboratively with families and clinical team members

  • Fluent in both English and Spanish

  • Strong organizational and time-management skills
