Job summary

Blossom ABA Therapy is seeking a full-time BCBA in the Raleigh-Durham-Chapel Hill area to conduct assessments and design individualized treatment programs for children with Autism Spectrum Disorder.

You will supervise behavior technicians, monitor data collection, and adjust interventions in collaboration with caregivers, school staff, and clinical team to support skill generalization and progress. Maintain compliant documentation and participate in team meetings.

Qualifications

  • BCBA certification required and BACB ethical standards followed.
  • Master's degree in ABA, Psychology, Education, or related field desired.
  • Experience with children on the autism spectrum in clinical, school, or home settings.
  • Strong data analysis, case documentation, and organizational skills.

Role Description

The Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) is a full-time, on-site role based in the Raleigh-Durham-Chapel Hill Area. The BCBA will conduct assessments, develop individualized treatment plans, and design behavior intervention programs for children diagnosed with Autism Spectrum Disorder. Daily responsibilities include supervising and training behavior technicians, monitoring data collection, analyzing progress, and adjusting treatment plans to ensure effective outcomes. The BCBA will collaborate closely with caregivers, school personnel, and clinical team members to support generalization of skills and consistent implementation of interventions. Additional duties include maintaining documentation in accordance with clinical and regulatory standards, participating in team meetings, and contributing to a positive, inclusive clinic environment.

Qualifications
  • Strong foundation in Behavior Analysis and Applied Behavior Analysis, with demonstrated ability to design and implement behavior intervention plans.
  • Experience in Parent Education, including coaching caregivers and providing practical strategies to support skill development at home.
  • Background in Psychology and Behavior Management, with skills in assessing behavior, developing proactive strategies, and managing challenging behaviors.
  • Current BCBA certification and compliance with BACB ethical standards.
  • Relevant master’s degree (e.g., Applied Behavior Analysis, Psychology, Education, or related field).
  • Experience working with children on the autism spectrum in clinical, school, or home-based settings.
  • Strong data analysis, case documentation, and organizational skills.
  • Effective communication and collaboration abilities, with commitment to a family-centered, culturally responsive approach.
