Qualifications

• High school diploma required; associate degree in accounting or business preferred.
• 1+ years of billing, accounts receivable, or related accounting experience.
• Ability to learn proprietary software quickly and independently.
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills; able to work under deadlines.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, Outlook).
• Preferred: bilingual in English and Spanish (written and verbal).
• Experience with accounting software such as QuickBooks or SAP is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Handle inbound/outbound calls and emails with professionalism.
• Process daily billing cycles accurately and on schedule.
• Review billing records for accuracy and resolve discrepancies.
• Manage accounts receivable database and monitor balances.
• Verify debit accounts and flag inconsistencies.
• Keep clients informed of balances and deadlines.
• Meet all billing and collections deadlines.
