Job summary

Keystone Health's Patient Financial Services team seeks a dedicated Bilingual Billing Representative to support revenue cycle tasks including billing, payment posting, collections, and follow-up for patients and insurance carriers. The role is based at our Administrative Office and is full-time, 8:30 AM to 5:00 PM.

Fluency in English and Spanish is required, with strong data entry and communication skills. Two years of medical billing experience and proficiency with billing systems and Microsoft

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Minimum of two (2) years of medical billing, patient accounts, or related healthcare office experience preferred.
• Proficiency in basic office operations, including typing, filing, data entry, and the use of standard office equipment.

Responsibilities

• Support revenue cycle through accurate billing, payment posting, collections, and follow-up for patients and insurance carriers.
• Handle insurance aging reviews and account follow-up under supervision of Billing & Credit Manager.
• Communicate effectively with patients, insurers, and healthcare team members in English and Spanish.
