Job summary

ResponsiveEd is seeking a District Data Coordinator for BESL to analyze student performance data and provide targeted coaching to support Emergent Bilingual students. The role collaborates with campus leaders and BESL teams to strengthen instructional practices and ensure EB students’ academic success.

The position requires a Bachelor’s degree (or teaching/ESL certification in Texas) and experience with Texas graduation requirements.

Qualifications

• Experience analyzing student performance data.
• Experience coaching teachers.
• Knowledge of Emergent Bilingual (EB) programs and bilingual instruction.

Responsibilities

• Travel to Texas campuses to support EB student plans with campus staff.
• Review EB student personal graduation plans with campus EB Coordinators and Directors.
• Assist with curriculum alignment, instruction strategies, and data analysis to promote academic progress for EB students.
• Meet with campus stakeholders to review student data and adjust instruction for targeted groups.
